Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Augusta at I-20, GA

I had an amazing stay during my trip. Amanda, the white woman who checked me in, was extremely pleasant and went above and beyond to make sure me and my kids felt welcomed and had what we needed. The room was clean and spacious. My only complaint is that the black woman who worked in the morning was extremely rude to me and my older child. She actually cried and asked if she'd done something mean to that lady. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day or just didn't understand what I was asking her help with, but she seems to need some anger management techniques. I gave up on trying to get her to help me get the answer to my question. But we did not let this one encounter ruin our stay, and we will be back next time we're in Augusta. Plus my kids cant wait to tell "Miss Amanda about their school year!" Lol. Keep up the great work!

The breakfast is lacking due to no muffins or other breakfast pastries only stale bagels and the sausage most of the time only microwaved and just low quality in gen. The vending machines are out of order and the pool is out of service as well. So not too happy about those things...

Kind and courteous staffs. Room where clean and odor free. Great value. A+

Our experience was a good one. We enjoyed the quiet. The suite was more than enough space. It had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and night time cookies. We got a chance to try the indoor pool. It was nice not being in the sun. The staff was helpful and had good suggestions. I'm choosing to stay again when I come to town because everything was just spot on. You get what you pay for and it is really enough. I can't wait to come back.

UPDATE: This is to my prior review on last Monday November 10th 2925, sometimes our emotions and situations get the best of us and display those emotions out on others. When we communicate with one another as humans and adults, then and only then we will agree or disagree. I send my heartfelt apology to Corey Rucker and staff if any ill intent of disrespect was displayed towards you or this facility. It was a little confusion “but” it was beyond physical control. I’ve never had an issue at this faculty and I frequent it quite often, a little more than usual. So again I have to take accountability for speaking out of anger on my last review, not lying about what took place but when reading things without knowing the person it could be taken out of context. Corey keep doing what your doing and I thank you for allowing me to return another visit, I thank you for your gratitude and sincere committed work performance. The Best is yet to come for you!!

Rooms were well made, comfortable beds, bathroom and showers were clean and worked well, service was great, Shakira was very sweet and helpful and made cookies for the guests. Great stay, only complaint is the fitness room is basically nonexistent with limited equipment and almost none of it worked anyways

I can't justify what others wrote or what individuals who wrote prior reviews experienced. On my recent visit, I experienced a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming, helpful and the room was clean. I appreciated that the hotel accommodations were available for use. Please keep in mind this was a business trip and not at peak season nor during a local major event. Thank you staff and management for a wonderful stay. I plan to return. Please keep up the good work and provide excellent hotel service hospitality.

I absolutely love this place. Corey, Dante, Brandon, Carissa, I never met Ebony but I've had talks with her on the phone. It's a white guy on night audit as well I can't remember his name, but don't sleep on this place. The Suites are nice. My kids and I love it. They feel safe, they love that they have their own room/space and the pool. The staff are amazing and do what they can within their means. Corey is really turning the place around and I'm excited to see what he does. The lobby has just been renovated and the breakfast is great with options. I work with Marriott it's homeless ppl everywhere so don't let that stop you. If you want a quiet, safe place, and good sleep with affordable budget or want to save some money. This is the place. I come here sometimes to just get away. It's my home away from home. I've been here longer than expected this time due to my place not being ready but I haven't left yet..
